1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 30-Day Free Refund
Customers are entitled to request a return and refund within thirty (30) days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To qualify, the returned product must be in brand-new, unused condition, and must include all original packaging materials and accessories.
For returns resulting from product quality issues, EVPAD TV Box will cover the return shipping costs.
1.2 Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If a customer cancels an order before it has been transferred to the logistics carrier, a full refund will be issued.
Customers must contact our customer support team immediately to request cancellation.
Upon confirmation that the order has not yet been shipped, the refund will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours.
1.3 Returned Orders
Orders returned due to address errors, refusal of delivery, or other non-product quality-related reasons will be refunded after the returned goods are received and inspected.
Refunds for returned orders will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours upon confirmation that the goods are in original condition.

3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
The time for funds to be credited may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider and may require an additional three (3) to five (5) business days.
4. Important Information
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on the part of EVPAD TV Box.
- No Restocking Fee: EVPAD TV Box does not charge a restocking fee for cancellations or returns.
- Condition of Returned Items: Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the eligibility criteria. Items exhibiting signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
