  • We provide a 30-day free refund without any reason . You can apply for a return and refund within 30 days after receiving the product.
  • Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • The return shipping cost is borne by EVPAD TV Box (applicable to product quality issues).

(2) Cancellation of order before shipment

  • If you cancel your order before it is delivered to the shipping carrier , you will receive a full refund .
  • Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once we confirm that your order has not been shipped, we will process your refund within 24 hours .

(3) Returned orders

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, rejection, or other non-product quality issue , we will initiate a refund upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the merchandise to ensure it is in its original condition .

  • No Restocking Fees : We do not charge any restocking fees for cancelled or returned items.
